(OK, stretching it a bit describing Oxford as a network but ….) Great varied 4 days working on live programmes for 5 Live (Fri), BBC Arabic (Sat), Radio 4 (Sun) and BBC Radio Oxford (Mon).
Danny’s photographs of BBC Broadcasting House at night have been used by a variety of sources/websites over the last few weeks. Taken on a Nikon D800 in HDR mode, the snaps caught BH in full colour at night just after a rainfall with light reflecting back off the piazza floor.
Danny has just completed work for a CD release from a cappella vocal artist Ellen Salazar. The project including turning Ellen’s kitchen into a multitrack recording studio for three a cappella voices. Making of
Danny again combined work and pleasure with 5 days of coverage for BBC Radio Oxford at the Formula One British Grand Prix at Silverstone. As well as interviews and two ways into live programmes, Danny also fronted a one hour documentary Blood,Sweat and Tyres live from Silverstone produced by Ross Heaton.
Danny again worked as a photographer at RIAT 2013 at RAF Fairford. His images being used by a number of different websites. Images taken with Nikon D300 and Nikon D800 cameras and a combination of Nikon 28-55mm and Sigma 50 -500mm lenses.
Danny has just completed work on graphics for a BBC Live event Spot The Species. A number of variations of the main theme were commissioned to help brand the live event in Cardiff.

We’re well advanced for plans for coverage of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone this year. It was great fun last year doing reports for BBC Radio Oxford and other BBC stations, even bigger plans for this year !
Danny welcomes in the new year from London’s West End.
Danny has just completed a training video for BBC World Service to help train Studio Managers. Filmed across two weeks in London and Kabul, the video has already proved popular with new S.M.s joining in Afghanistan. Danny designed the graphics, filmed and produced the video.
